Our Journey

  • 2011: Founded by Late Mr. Vijaypal Singh Boken, who served as an HR Head and understood the challenges in recruitment processes. The company began as Knowy Corporate Solutions, a recruitment firm in Delhi/NCR (India), focusing on bridging the gap between HR needs and reliable candidate screening.
  • 2014: Introduced a dedicated Background Verification vertical under the brand Knowy HR Solutions to provide seamless and cost-effective verification services to clients across India.
  • 2016: Separated recruitment services into a sister concern company to focus exclusively on Background Verification. This year also saw Mr. Deepak Kumar, an experienced professional in HR and Background Verification since 2013, join as Operations Head. His expertise brought operational efficiency and innovation to the company.
  • 2019: Rebranded as Knowy Infotech Private Limited upon registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Mr. Deepak Kumar was promoted to Director, further strengthening the leadership. The company expanded its services to include 25+ types of background checks and established partnerships with associates for pan-India reach and enhanced service delivery.
  • 2021: A challenging year for Knowy as Mr. Vijaypal Singh Boken, the company's founder and guiding force, passed away due to COVID-19. Despite this immense loss, the company remained committed to carrying forward his vision and legacy.
  • 2023: Ms. Nidhi Manocha, a highly experienced leader with 20+ years of expertise in Background Verification and Process Excellence, joined as a Director. Her vision and knowledge introduced new technologies to enhance verification processes.
  • 2024: Ms. Jyoti Mishra joined as Managing Director, bringing significant investments and vast experience to the company. Under her leadership, Knowy embraced advanced technologies and expanded its services to 100+ background checks, covering pan-India locations and select international markets with the support of global associates.
